COURIER AVAILABLE
If you aren't located in Port Elizabeth and you would like to purchase a product there is a courier option available that you can select when you check out. There are a few options that can be selected and we will communicate with you via email with regards to which one you would prefer. Courier costs will be added accordingly.
RETURN POLICY
Each item purchased from aj.designs is hand cut and individually made with the customer in mind. We create intentionally and skillfully but variation may occur (we really believe it adds character to each item). If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email and we will be in contact with you.
PAYMENT METHOD
Upon finalising your personalised order form we will be in contact with you regarding your design as well as arranging payment (EFT).
